“Didn't quite meet expectations”
+It was a nice hotel, incredible views, interior was gorgeous; only critique here was the bathroom in our room was a bit outdated for a 5 star standard but fine. Breakfast was good although you did have to wait a few minutes to be seated the queue moved quickly. We had dinner one evening in the Precy French & it was lovely, service was efficient. Had a great massage with a lovely therapist.
−It didn't quite live up to the standard we expected particularly in terms of service. The biggest let down was the service in the Wolf Bar. Upon check in we popped in here for lunch; firstly we were served a glass with lipstick stains, we then received our food and a side of fries were missing so we made a staff member aware the fries hadn't arrived yet & began eating the remaining food some 20 minutes passed and still no fries, the food was nearly finished so we asked a staff member again for the fries they went to check we waited some more & no fries. At this point we decided we were going to leave, requested the bill & mentioned we hadn't received the fries; we received the bill and the fries are still on it so we have to explain again we never received them & ask for them to be removed. The next day we stopped into the bar again in the afternoon & were met with more issues. I approached the bar to order drinks, there were two servers behind the bar I waited a few minutes to order as they were preparing other drinks in this time another person approached the bar to order, a few minutes later another. Once ready the bartenders began serving the two other people who had only just

−Pillows so uncomfortable Hotel was very hot. Woke up in middle of the night absolutely roasting. Heat was on. Thank god for the air conditioning. Cocktails (only had 1) was terrible. So strong and couldnt drink it

“Lovely location , good for a weekend getaway.”
+Lovely hotel, nice atmosphere. Restaurant food was very nice.
−Food for dinner took about 30 mins to come out even when it wasn’t overly busy but the food was lovely. Lots of kids in the pool / spa area but it is midterm break so that’s to be expected.

“The rooms were comfortable and the spa was great however the overall stay was disappointing die to the other factors”

−When we arrived to our room we didn’t have robes, when we called about them we where told housekeeping were bringing them after 30 minutes we still didn’t have them and when we called again we were told they didn’t have any. One of the rooms we stayed in was full of cobwebs around the window. During breakfast one of the glasses had cracked and had to be given to a staff member before it shattered.
