“Een heel proper hotel”

−Ik moet glutenvrij eten en dat was niet in orde ze mogen daar geen reclame mee maken wand dat hebben ze niet ze kennen er niet veel van dat is het min punt anders was alles in orde

+Az első pillanattól kezdve nagyon figyelmes volt mindenki, segítőkészek, udvariasak. A szoba a medencére nézett, nagyon kényelmes volt. Az ételek változatosak, finomak. Az italkiszolgálás a bárban és a strandon kiváló. A strandon az ételkiszolgálás gyors volt és nagyon kulturált. Különösen finom volt a strandon a Gözleme, a hölgy pedig nagyon kedves A szobatakarítás korrekt, nagyon kedves segítőkész hölgyekkel.

+Очень чисто, персонал приветливый. Приехали мы рано, но нам сразу предоставили все удобства (кроме номера конечно, но это естественно). Еда разнообразная, вкусная. До пляжа трансфер организован четко по расписанию.
−До пляжа пешком не особо пойдешь, дорога не обустроена. Но мы были к этому готовы, поэтому это не критичный недостаток.

“Enjoyable stay with a few things that could be improved”
+The shuttle bus to the beach was very convenient, although the last bus back to the hotel was at 6:30 pm. We also liked the beach restaurant and bar, although they closed at 5:00 pm, and especially the lady preparing fresh Turkish flatbread. The hotel was generally clean, and most of the staff were kind.
−We booked the 4-star Side Amour Hotel, but on arrival we were moved to the 3-star Löwe Hotel due to a problem with our room and could only return the following early afternoon. The compensation was one bottle of wine and a fruit plate per room, which we found inadequate for a 4-star all-inclusive hotel. Our adult sons’ confirmed twin room initially had the beds pushed together and was very small once separated. Our room had a bad-smelling air conditioner and a fridge that did not cool properly. Food was a bit disappointing: very limited options were available after our late arrival despite prior confirmation, and the takeaway breakfast we had requested the day before for our early departure was far below what we would expect from a 4-star all-inclusive hotel. The pool closed at 6 pm, and the hotel felt crowded with no green space.

“good stay for value”
+the food is great! and staff is amazing! was allowed to stay in premises after check out from room. beers wines and different cocktails are included food varies day to day fish meat
−the shuttle bus schedule is ok but bus is old and pretty hot ruins your relax after beach. the beach and sea water is not super clear if it is important to you
