+El hotel es muy lindo, con habitaciones muy cómodas y espaciosas. La limpieza excelente. El desayuno está muy bien. La ubicación nos resultó excelente ya que está muy cerca de la playa y también se puede llegar caminando a la old town
“Great location, great staff and really”
+The staff were great, the location was really good and they looked after us. I was very surprised by the rooms they were really good value.

−The friendliness of the staff, they were rude. There was no variation for the breakfast, bread was stale and food over cooked, dispute the hotel offering a full external menu for outside customers. The room flooded therefore we moved rooms. No USB/C charging facility in the room dispute this being common in other hotels, cleaning staff left the room untidy and dirty in places. It was obvious this hotel was good previously, however, it has now been left to become a poor experience. Will be raising a complaint to booking agent.

−Frühstück, Gastronomie auch abends sehr schlechte Qualität… habe was zurückgegeben weil es nicht geschmeckt hat und musste es zahlen. Kaffeemaschine mit ungenießbaren Kaffee. Heißes wasser für den Tee wurde über eine Kanne gemacht und war ständig leer. Jeden Tag das selbe.

“Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Noise and Cleanliness Need Improvement”
+Most people are friendly and approachable. Good location, just 7 blocks from the beach. The gym is equipped with the essentials.
−It is extremely noisy, either due to the thin walls or the staff constantly shouting. In addition, there is construction very close by, which makes it impossible to rest. The room cleanliness is below standard, and the breakfast is mediocre considering the price; much more was expected.
