+I didn’t get the damage deposit of 1000 as mentioned in thr booking.com and I she shared the details with the swetha lodge. Pending for their reply,
−Beds and pillow ms are dirty, room was having bad smell, blanket were dirty and not washed properly. Forgot to take the photo as I reached the hotel by night 11:10.

−Check in must be early morning as manyof the trains reach Byndoor by 12.30a. m.
−Seems like they’re asking for secondary phone number, I have my moms number and without informing me he called and telling we check by calling if the customer is alone thts only one person, u find it very weird, this wasn’t informed to me before and my parents are working person. It’s like disturbing them without even informing me about this terms.

+The location was very near to the temple, restaurants and bus stop
−The bathrooms were not very clean. After we notified the receptionist, they changed our room immediately. However, they only gave us one towel for two people. Moreover, the mattress is covered with a thick plastic sheet, which trapped our body heat and made us feel very hot and uncomfortable while sleeping. It would be better to improve these standards for customer satisfaction.

“Ok”
−I’ve requested for only two rooms for my family however the money deducted for 3,rooms. However I didn’t even collect the 3rd room. Also they were not ready for refunding or giving any discount. Could you pleaser support: t
