+Room was cosy and had everything we needed including an extra heater, fan, ironing board, radio. They had also left two wrapped freshly baked cookine in the room which meant we had to put the kettle on!
−Everything was perfect.

+Lovely character property, excellent restaurant

“Stayed for 2 night for family funeral really recommend”
+The hotel is so beautiful and rooms are really clean and so well maintained
−Nothing to dislike
“Really great place”
+This is a superb hotel and a superb restaurant. We have stayed here four times and every room was delightful and every meal absolutely first rate. My only hesitation in writing this review is that the place might become busier. But when something is really good, and this is, you want it to continue to be successful. Go. You will not be disappointed.
−The chef puts apple in the homemade black pudding and, although it is perfectly delicious, that is not something I would do. The breakfast is, needless to say, like dinner, first rate.
“Absolute gem! 5 stars”
+The place is lovely, and is an absolute gem. The staff, bar, food and room were all superb. Great place to stay if you are in the area.
