+Outstanding service, especially from the front desk and concierge, who are highly responsive and go above and beyond to assist their guests. Be sure to connect with them before your arrival, they proactively reach out to help arrange transportation and offer excellent dining recommendations. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, and the location is unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, food trucks, cafes, and shops for snow gear, groceries, and essentials including drug stores, all within walking distance. I’ll definitely be returning! Huge thanks to the Setsu team for an exceptional experience.
