+The staff was very nice and very responsive when in need of something. Tip: read the check-in instructions in advance especially if you arrive off hours. It will avoid losing time trying to figure out how to get key and access with no staff. Instructions are clear and in the front door but always useful to know what to expect. People get quickly stressed when there is no staff. Also have WhatsApp hotel contact ready in case.
−In general it was good. However the washroom a bit outdated and the door handle of the washroom was broken. Tiles would need to be redone, lots of crack and a bit of mold but nothing concerning.

−Room weren't properly cleaned. No elevator The ac was leaking and it flooded our suitcases. We had to disconnect the electronics cause the leak reached the plugs. There was no drinking water in the room No extra pillows
