+Great spot highly reccomend. Bungalow with exceptional views. Great pool. Resturant great. Staff always helpfull arranged scooter rental and taxi back to Sanur great value.

“Great view location was far from everything and l would not stay again”

−To many stairs rooms were not clean and shower looked like it had not been cleaned for months no bar and restaurant had no variety and when we tried to order from menu they had run out of most things on menu also wifi did not work

−Chambre sale , petit dejeuner tres mauvais une honte et juste un plat . Cafe affreux, beurre payant, photocopies payantes ..localisation tres mauvaises l’acces se fait par des routes defoncees et loin de tout. Quand vous commandez des pankakes on vous sert une crepe c est hotel est vraiment fou

“Would book closer to Lipah Beach instead of here for snorkeling.”
+The restaurant staff were amazing. So helpful. The view is amazing. We were able to walk down the path to the water. Although it wasn't that easy to get over the rocks in to the water, the reward of so many fish to see made it worthwhile. The pool was great with it's in-pool table.
−The noise of the water pump next to my room. (The 2 room unit near the pool.) Intermittent on off bursts of whiney noise! The staff member who over-charged us for flippers and then was unpleasant to deal with for the rest of our stay. The car and scooter noise and smell (and the awful cattle smell too) in the restaurant which is open to the road. The alcoholic drinks weren't very alcoholic.

“Stunning sunrise over Lombok”
+The view was absolutely breathtaking & the pool was gorgeous. The staff were extremely attentive & the meals were delicious
−Unfortunately if you don't ride a scooter you'll be charged ridiculous prices in amed for a driver unless you can manage to get a grab 10 mins down the road to amed beach where we hussled about 5 times with different drivers until we found one that was willing to negotiate on price. Grabs aren't really seen in this area yet. This is a stunning property but if you have mobility issues you may need to consider the amount of steps as it's on the cliff top & no where to really walk to as very steep.
