“FIND ANOTHER PROPERTY”
+THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY ROOM. Many problems. I was told I could check in at noon and confirmed it. Booking can check the messages. When I got there they said 1:00. The address was very unclear. If you use Google Maps, Olympia Rooms is non-existent. I went to the corner, which was the given address, but NOT A SINGLE PERSON I ASKED KNEW WHERE THIS PLACE WAS. I messaged them from 12-12:30 (again, BOOKING can verify that on the messages) and they didn’t respond. Finally, I get there because a place called Olympia Tours (possibly a related business?) answered the phone number I had and sent someone to take me to the property. This was when the person at the desk said my check-in wasn’t until 1:00 even though I showed him the messages. When I complained and said I’m giving this place a poor review, he didn’t give me my room. In addition, I sent a message booking.com about it and their chat said I’d be contacted within 24 hours. I’m still waiting almost four days later for customer service to contact me.
−The ignorant staff member. And I’m being charitable with that description.
