+The location was a bit challenging. It was my fault that I didn't check the location before booking. If you have no car, I recommend you not to book here as transposrt even to the Gernsbach train station can be challenging.
−Location. It is on the top of the hill. Aslo heating. AC barely worked. The rest: staff, facilities and scenary are fantastic.

+Die Lage war ausgezeichnet und die Größe der Zimmer war gut.
−Kein Spa Bereich. Seife an Badewanne war aus und überhaupt keine Seife an den Waschbecken. Herbstdekoration gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wenig Informationen beim einchenken, z. B. wurde nicht erwähnt, dass die Fernseher im ganzen Hotel nicht funktionierten sowie Erläuterung wie man ins Hotel kommt, wenn die Eingangstür geschlossen ist. Kulanterweise wurde ein Preisnachlass von ca. 12% gewährt.

+Das ganze Schloss ist ein Juwel. Denke das Beste was es in der Umgebung gibt. Die Aussicht auf's Tal ist grandios. Bin sehr glücklich, dass ich diese Erfahrung im Schloss Eberstein machen durfte. Danke!
−Eine Flasche Mineral auf dem Tisch als Willkommensgeste habe ich vermisst.

−Het eten was wat minder lekker. Dat het restaurant om 20.00 sloot verbaasde ons ook.
