+It was a very neat motel, great location, staff was accommodating to our inconvenience without the hut tub being running

+Location was downtown and close to shops, restaurants etc. There was a comfortable common room with complementary coffee, tea Staff was helpful and on call.
−room was very tiny. No place to hang clothes. Just 2 hooks in the wall. We had formal wear for a wedding. Staff brought some hangers when I asked. No chairs, only 1 hassock at a desk. Twin size beds were made up with king size sheets which bunched up on the floor causing a tripping hazard. Bathroom had no place to put a cosmetic bag, no counter, just the sink rim or top of toilet. No elevator and only found out after final payment made during the welcome email.

+Beautiful rooftop terrace and outdoor hot tub. Very clean rooms. Washrooms were good. Service was stellar

−You could either provide elevators or at least mention that there are no elevators, only steep stairs.

+The room was clean and very well equipped. The communal area is a great idea and is also very well supplied. Views from the rooftop patio are lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

−The hotel jacuzzi was on all night and the noise from it kept us both awake for most of the night. For that alone I won't be recommending this hotel .

+Perfect locatie in Baker Street. Mooie algemene relaxruimte en dakterras. De hot tub is een leuk extraatje.
−Erg kleine kamer. Het koffie apparaat werkte niet. In de middag is er geen receptionist en het bellen via de speaker op de balie werkte niet.
