“Sorry, would not go back there or recommend”
+The location is good. If you forget about the constant terrible noise from the loading trucks, drunken patrons etc from the ever so close surf club
−Seaview was a view overlooking the back of the surf club over their roof and loading bays with constant noise of loading and removing rubbish. Barrels of beer being carted around and heavy doors being slammed. From very early morning to very late at night. Constant drunken patrons arguing or screaming. The apartment was not the cleanest and the bed was not the most comfortable ! Stayed in many places in Mooloolaba. This one was by far the worst.

“Amazing location”
+Amazing location and everything about this location was easy to access which was a highlight of our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for more.
−Cleanliness left a little to be desired, not to the point of ruining our stay but certainly noteworthy. I'd stay here again.

+Location is good but our room looked into the rubbish bin area behind the surf club
−Tired, not clean and certainly not deluxe. Stained furnture. Shower only partially worked, fans didn't work. A shame the room was beyond tired, rigomortis had set in!

+Fantastic location. 1 minute to the beach, 2 minutes to the wharf. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and supermarket. Having the balcony was great.

+Loved it was so close to the beach, surf club, eating places and to the Wharf where another lot of eating places were. also boats to have a tour out on the ocean. The room was very comfortable, nicely decorated and had plenty of c ooking equipment. The WM & Dryer in the bathroom was great, didn't have to get to a laundromat. We would come back again. We had a comfortable couch and goid table & chairs to eat our meals
−The bed rolled away when you sat on it. It needed cups under the rollers. Also the mattress needed to be replaced, springs poked you sometimes. The microwave was in a cupboard above the fridge, I had to get a torch to read the instructions! Anyone shorter than 5 foot 6, would need a chair.
