+Alojamiento histórico con instalaciones muy amplias, los edificios son muy bonitos y están bien cuidados, los jardines son preciosos. Habitación amplia con cama muy grande y cómoda. Desayuno muy abundante y variado. Dispone de spa en el mismo hotel incluido en el precio.
−La habitación resulta algo fría y húmeda, se agradecería alguna estufa. En el spa le faltan detalles de mantenimiento, por ejemplo la puerta de la sauna no cierra bien. Informé de mis alergias alimentarias al llegar pero al segundo día ya se olvidaron de ellas y me sirvieron fruta que no podía tomar, deberían ser más cuidadosos con temas delicados como ese.

+We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has an authentic charm, with high-quality materials and excellent maintenance throughout. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well finished. The beautifully landscaped gardens create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and are one of the hotel’s highlights. The spa and the other facilities are excellent, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The restaurant is outstanding, with excellent service and delicious cuisine. Breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. The restaurant’s dishes are beautifully presented and are the perfect showcase of Ecuador’s rich and diverse gastronomy. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience, and we would gladly stay here again.
−The curtains were made of good-quality material and provided good privacy, although the curtain system could use a minor adjustment to close perfectly.

−There are simply not enough handrails for senior citizens. Do many instances of short staircases that mean nothing to an able-bodied person but everything to a senior or disabled person. Also a fan in the room would really help.

−No me gusto mucho la atención del personal. Y la ubicación de algunas habitaciones estan sobre la pana y el ruido de las chivas, carros y motos no dejan descansar. El aseo de la habitación muy flojo. Le falta luz a las habitaciones

−Las habitaciones estuvieron listas recién a las 3 pm súper tarde, no nos pusieron batas ni pantuflas para bajar a la piscina, solicitamos un taxi y el personal del counter nos dijo que ya venía estuvimos esperando media hora volvimos a preguntar y él se nos dijo que se había olvidado de avisarnos que el taxi canceló la ida. Nos tocó salir a la calle a ver un taxi. Han desmejorado el servicio una pena
