“Clean and new, with some quirks already described”
+Quite good
−Walls are paper thin, so you can hear the slightest trickle of water from neighboring rooms. No lighting on center table. Frig is very small. Drawers are so shallow, one shirt barely fits. Low water pressure

“Would suggest this hotel to other others”
+Found this property to be very clean and the staff extremely friendly. Loved that a water. Spicket and hose were supplied for rinsing off feet and gear as well as animals before actually going into the facility that was very very nice.
−Cannot really say that there was anything about the property that we didn’t like

+Staff was very friendly at check in. Breakfast was warm and lots of options. Nice firepits outside to enjoy the view. Checkout was a later than normal so was able to make quick stop on beach before leaving.

“Der Preis ist zu hoch für diese Unterkunft”
+Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und vielseitig. Das Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten.
−Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt meiner Meinung nach nicht. Hunde sollten im Frühstücksraum verboten werden. Ein Hund hat dort sogar bereits das Bein zum Pinkeln gehoben, zum Glück hat es der Besitzer rechtzeitig gesehen ...

+Breakfast was great. A wide selection. Specially enjoyed the waffles
−could hear the sound of running water when in the room. Presumably from an upstairs room.

“Upscale Vibe at Reasonable Price”
+Very modern vibe at this reasonably priced hotel. Definitely a step up from the other hotels we stayed at on our way up the Oregon coast. There was an indoor pool, workout facility, fire pits and corn hole. The included breakfast was very good with more choices than most. The decorating was very mid century mod.
