+I loved the cleanliness and the prompt service of the staffs.
−Stairs are too steep for a senior citizen. I requested for a room swap which was not available. Rooms was too small, barely any space in the room after the beds. Washroom was super tiny.

+Die von Bookingcom angegebene Adresse war nicht zu finden. Wir hatten sie mit eSim in die Karten eingegeben. Wir wurden an eine andere Straße geleitet. unter der angegebennen Telefonnummer war niemand erreichbar. Wir brachen die Suche ab und suchten nach einem anderen Hotel. Per whatsapp kamen dann Nachrichten auf mein Iphone. Wir wurden beschuldigt, die falsche Adresse eingegeben zu haben. Das alles führte zu großem Stress unterwegs, da nicht immer das Internet zugänglich war.

+La ubicación es excelente, el personal super amable. La habitación es amplica y con todo lo necesario.
−El desayuno es super abundante, pero es el típico desayuno turco que no es muy amigable para todas las nacionalidades. Es una opinión personal, pero sería interesante disponer de mas opciones de comida o hacer algo tipo self service.
