“Rustic cute bungalows, unexpectedly beautiful for the price, would stay again.”
+The pool was lovely and well cleaned, the staff were super attentive - the monkeys, were a bit much at times, but the staff were great and quick at managing them. The bungalows were really cute; loved the stone bathroom. Super close to Ubud right in the heart of awesome restaurants & shopping. Breakfast was fresh and delish too

“Hotel au top”
+Calme apprécié à 2 pas d une rue principale. Salle de bain avec baignoire, lits confortables. Hotel très charmant avec piscine qui est un vrai plus. Personnel à l ecoute.
−Temps de service pour le petit dejeûner un peu long.

“A relatively comfortable stay in a wonderful location.”
+Wonderful location in the middle of Ubud town. Close to all facilities. The staff were friendly and tried to provide the best service they could. The rooms are very spacious. The property had a nice pool which needed a bit of maintenance(The ladder was wobbly)
−The fridge in one of the two rooms did not work at all and the bathroom in the same room needs a lot of upgrades. The shower handle was completely broken and was hard to use. The clothing cupboard did not close and kept on bagging the bathroom door.

+Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die super Lage, die grossen Zimmer und das sehr freundliche Personal. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt, allerdings hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass der Zimmerservice etwas besser funktioniert.
−Leider wurden unsere Zimmer während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt und weder Wasser noch Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Auf Nachfrage haben wir beides aber problemlos bekommen.

“A fuite !!!”

−La chambre était sale , salle de bain totalement délabrée. Moisissures partout , murs , sols , plafond. Nous sommes arrivés à 3 h du matin, pas le choix que de dormir là une nuit. Ma fille est asthmatique, impossible pour elle de rester dans une chambre aussi humide . Sans aération et aussi insalubre . Je déconseille fortement . Le lit était cassé , les draps jaunies pas le temps. Une mauvaise expérience en arrivant sur cette si belle île.

+The location is good
−The staff and the facilities at the hotel is pathetic. Tap was broken, the ac was not working and the staff was completely unhelpful. Had to leave the hotel and move to different one.
