“Worthy and comfy stay at Sagar Resort”
+1. Location of Sagar resorts makes it worthwhile to choose - a stay that is not inside the city rush and not too far from the city. The mountain view makes it a perfect destination for nature lovers to stay. 2. STAFF- very polite and supportive staff.Especially the GM of the property will make sure he understands your preferences and tastes and tries to personalize your experience 3. Rooms- excellent rooms equal to quality of a 4 star hotel. However, the janitor staff needed to be kept on toes to do some basic cleaning, but they were prompt too. 5. Pool- Nice pool with evening experiences at the pool side during weekends. They have a dedicated pool staff who ensures cleanliness and pool hygiene.

+The hospitality was excellent! We were warmly hosted by Shubham, who made our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. The place was well-maintained, clean, and had a very welcoming vibe. Everything was smooth and well-organized, from check-in to the overall experience. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into making us feel at home. Would definitely recommend staying here!
−Adding a wiper or some sort of partition would help prevent water from flowing towards the toilet area. Also, the towels provided near the swimming area could be improved, as they were shedding lint on the body. Replacing them with better-quality ones would enhance the overall experience.

−When we checked in, the manager informed me that he couldn’t accept credit card for payment, only Cash! We agreed with Booking.Com that we will pay by Credit Card, we did not have cash and it’s a large about to obtain. Also, it was cold here and they wanted to charge us Rs300 per room per night to provide heaters. We had booked 3 rooms. 1 x junior suite and 2 x deluxe rooms. We believe that the heaters should have been included in the cost of the rooms. We have stayed in many other hotels in India on this trip and no one has asked us to pay for heaters. The rooms were dirty as was the bed linen. Since we didn’t have sufficient cash and that we felt that the manage was trying to scam us by asking to pay by cash due to the tourist incident in Delhi a few weeks, apparently the bank was no longer accepting Foreign Credit cards - this was not true as we had paid our bill in a Havelie in Rathambore and other hotels by card, we decided to cut the stay short and leave the following morning.

“Home away from home”
+The Hotel is a bit outside the main city and therefore you are a bit isolated. However this is also an advantage as the resort is located in a quiet and peaceful setting. The staff is very friendly and supportive, especially the General Manager is going well and above to make you feel welcome and at home.
