“Buena opción cerca de la Plaza de Armas”
+El alojamiento es cerca de la plaza de armas, a unos 10 minutos caminando en plano,sin escaleras. El personal es muy amable, la habitación tiene calefacción, agua caliente y las camas me parecieron muy cómodas.
−Durante nuestra instancia no funcionó la conexión wifi, al parecer por una falla con el proveedor. El desayuno es poco variado y aunque te dan una cajita con refrigerio los días que vas de tour y es un muy buen gesto, esta también contiene lo mismo cada día, por lo que sería muy bueno contemplaran tener diferentes opciones, sobre todo para quienes tenemos muchos tour programados. De resto todo muy bien.

+Nicely located near the old centre! Breakfast was okay but would expect some fruit options. The first room was very spacious with a nice bathroom. All rooms were nicely clean.
−We came back here after 1 night away in Ollantaytambo. Although low-season the staff did not recognise us at all. The second room was about half the size of the first. Lacking a water cooker, climate control and the tv also sharnk by a factor of 4. For the price tag I did expect a little bit more

“Good location and incredibly helpful staff”
+The hotel was very clean, the shower was very good and the beds were very comfortable. The location was also excellent, easy to get to from the bus station and on the edge of the historic centre so easy to get to everything we needed. We were very well assisted by Griselda from reception when I was taken ill. I suffered quite bad altitude sickness from Rainbow Mountain, and continued to be ill when I returned. She knew exactly what to do, brought oxygen to the room and advised on next steps if I didn’t improve. She was incredibly helpful.
−The property was quite noisy. Our room was off the main courtyard and you could hear everything, including people coming in loudly at 2am.

“It’s probably usually nicer than my experience”
+Room was comfortable and the property is located nearby to restaurants and shops. They made a breakfast box for my included breakfast due to early departure.
−Checkin was supposed to be from 12 noon, and when I arrived at 4pm I was told the room wasn’t ready because there had ‘been an incident’. I understand issues can occur but I should have been advised at check in time rather than left in the dark and then to arrive only to have to wait in the lobby for an unspecified amount of time. When I got my room, it stunk so heavily of bleach I had to open the main door and balcony windows to air it out so I didn’t choke on the smell. They offered me a 1L bottle of water as an apology.
