“Best value for money out of our 10 eastern Turkiye hotels this year”
+Shout out to the 2 gentleman staff covering reception who were outstanding and deserve at least 15/10. They were absolutely on it with everything but especially the parking situation. In terms of value for money you got a lot more than you paid for and by the end of our 4 week road trip we have enough to make comparisons across a wide range of hotels. There was a great choice at breakfast and top quality. It also gets top marks for sleep quality, for its location in city centre it was quiet at night. It also has the most ornate lift I think I ve ever been in.

“Una gran estada”
+Vam estar molt còmodes a l'Hotel. Les habitacions eren espaioses i amb totes les comoditats. L'esmorzar també estava molt bé, tipus bufet. Estàs a un pas caminant del centre neuràlgic de la ciutat i des de l'hotel, si no trobes aparcament a davant, t'agafen el cotxe i te l'aparquen ells. Una molt bona experiència.

−The breakfast had a limited variety of items. Also, when an item ran out, it was not replenished, so guests who came later could not enjoy all the breakfast options. I think the breakfast selection could be improved and the items should be refilled regularly throughout breakfast hours.
−I had a confirmed reservation at this hotel and informed the property in advance that I would arrive at around 8:00 PM. Despite this, the hotel cancelled/refused to honor my reservation before I arrived. When I reached the property, they did not provide the room I had booked and instead sent me to another hotel. I was later incorrectly marked as a no-show, even though I had clearly informed them of my arrival time and actually came to the hotel. This was extremely disappointing and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. A confirmed reservation should be honored, especially when the guest has communicated their arrival time in advance. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
