+Clean rooms with a stunning view. There's also a terrace to enjoy the lake view. Simon and his stuff are polite and helpful and we felt like at home. They also have a bar and a very good restaurant.

+Simon was an excellent host. My first experience with him on phone gave me the confidence to proceed with my booking. He was clear and concise in response to my questions. He listened keenly and paid attention to our needs. He gave us accurate directions and even had someone at hand to guide us to the facility. Simon's colleagues at the facility were also warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. We ran out of drinks at some point but they went out of their way to get us options. The BEST part? The VIEWS. Excellent views of Nalubale. Nam Lolwe. Some call it Lake Victoria. It couldn't get better than that. Simon and I had wonderful conversations at their chic little bar and he taught me quite a bit about Uganda and Kampala. Wonderful host. Did I say we got a room upgrade? Overall, we had a great time and got good value for money and had good interactions with people at the facility.
