+Friendly staff, very inviting and cozy when you walk in. The hallways smell clean. The rooms are so cozy with the colder weather having a fireplace was awesome! The bed was comfortable. The shower was so relaxing and the huge tub is a bonus! Loved the big patio and views of the mountains. Already reserved our next stay!! Also having a parking garage was so nice to have.

“Great location, but will not be staying here again.”
+Location and layout of the room.
−Rooms 105 and 106 are in the lobby area and everything can be heard from these rooms, especially at 4 a..m. The rooms are directly across from the elevators and ice machine. Luggage carts could be heard being rolled in and out could be heard as well as people talking/laughing loudly very early in the morning. When we mentioned this to the staff, very little was said , and instead we were given a look that communicated to us, that we were just easily annoyed and liked to complain. That was not the case. As much as we like the location, we will not be back.

+Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Quiet for being right on the park way. Staff was friendly. Pool was clean. Balcony was nice to sit on in the evenings.
−Only complaint was the water pressure in the shower. Could use more water pressure.
