+Very clean and excellent decor.
−Room size tiny. Storage available was almost unusable. Look lovely but too small. Very expensive for a tiny room. Breakfast was basic and had actually run out if some of the cooked breakfast so wasn't able to have what was on offer the day before.

“Nice traditional hotel in a quiet corner next to a canal in Ely.”
+The attic room I was given was cramped, but the comfortable bed made up for it. The room isn't suitable for a longer stay.

+Perfect location by the river, top of the range accommodation, super friendly staff who provided a tasty breakfast

+Room was very well equipped and nicely decorated. Bathroom was lovely although a bit cold in the morning and towels needed to be warmed.
−Dressing table stool is too low to see in the mirror and towels were not warmed as no heated towel rail. It was a bit cold in the morning in the bathroom and couldn't adjust the bathroom heating. TV had been logged into by a previous guest and needed a password to get into it

−The duvet was very heavy and hot. The bed was exceptionally high. There was no communal arear to sit in.
