+We came to see the mountains. We had a very pleasant trip and a great stay at Riverchase Lodge and will stay there again when we get to come back. The staff was very pleasant everything was just perfect. Thank you so much for making our stay very good.

“Awful motel. Not worth it. Spend a little more $ & go somewhere else.”
+Not much. Nice that it was centrally.located & it had plugs on both sides of the bed. That was about it though for perks.
−When we got there: trash cans were full, the toliwt was not flushed & there was hair on the wall of the shoqer/ tub. Rooms are very small. Wifi doesnt work. When staff was told they didnt seem to care. When my husband went to tell staff that we werent staying they didnt seem to care at all.

“Thankfully, it was only a two day trip or I wouldn't have been to spend much more longer in that hotel. I would defi”
+The location was decent and the stuff was friendly
−The beds are extremely uncomfortable like sleeping on bricks and in our bathroom it was leaking water from the ceiling. There's rust everywhere and it is dirty.

“Never staying here again”
+Location is all
−Everything!! The old guy that runs it is so rude and not a bit helpful or friendly! The place was not clean , had a musky smell due to mold on the ceiling, wifi never worked and no chairs at all in the rooms , I'll never go back here even if it was free !!

“Completely disappointed”
+Conveniently located to dollywood, that's about all the good stuff I can say
−The room was run down and filthy. The pool are was closed; one of the main reasons that we chose this place. When the problems were reported to management, there was absolutely nothing done. And we were told that we should have complained before we checked in. And spent the night. Since we had checked in late the night before and had two small children traveling with us, it was not an option for us to address that at that time. When we addressed it the following day, we were told there was nothing that could be done except war to file complaint with booking.com i would love to download photos but can get your app to comply.

+It was easy to get in and out of the hotel parking lot.
−The sink in our room wouldn't drain properly. We told the front desk but the issue wasn't fixed during our stay. The indoor pool was cold and they did not have a hot tub.
