“Estupendo Riad. Magnífica atención.”
+El alojamiento es precioso. Un Riad renovado. Y con piscina! Las personas que lo llevan, Omar y su mujer, muy amables , nos ayudaron en todo y además hablan español perfecto. El apartamento muy bonito y limpio aunque el baño un poco incómodo al estar la ducha dentro del lavabo. No dan desayuno pero enfrente hay un hotel que da un desayuno magnífico y muy barato. Si buscas zona de playa es muy recomendable.
−No me gustó la ducha junto al lavabo. Era muy incómodo. Aún así lo recomiendo sobre todo por la atención recibida y porque es muy bonito.

“Lovely, comfy stay with very friendly owners who also speak Dutch (and probably French and English too) and not too far”
+Cosy little riad with clean air conditioned room and just outside the hectic rush of Martil. In between Martil and Cabo Negro so you have a choice of beaches.
−No washing machine, but they do refresh your towels and bed linen every few days.

+Le Riad est juste magnifique, les chambres, la propreté, le calme qui y règne et SURTOUT, tonton Omar et sa femme qui sont extraordinaires sur tous les plans …( renseignements, amabilité, attentif à nos besoins, la propreté de la piscine, la sécurité des lieux ainsi que la verdure qui donne un aspect encore plus joyeux Riad … Je me sentais comme à la maison et le propriétaire m’a rendu plusieurs fois services sans contrepartie ( prêt des chaises et du parasol, accompagnement à la gare etc …. Mon fils l’adorait et l’appeler Papy 😀 Un grand merci à cet établissement et Merci Tonton Omar 😉👍🙏

+- large common area, very nice swimmingpool : was great for our large group with kids - friendly and welcoming owners - large and well equipped appartement, incl kitchen and well functioning airco - restaurant across the street makes good coffee and tasty grill - easy and free parking - close to golf course
−- a bit outdated and some odd equipments (eg sink in the shower space) - not far from city (13km) but rather long transfer time to Tétouan in August to to heavy traffic (40min)
