“Otima opção em Firenze”
+A melhor hospedagem que fiquei na Itália nessa viagem que fiz. Quarto amplo, camas confortáveis, travesseiros excelente. Tem cozinha muito adaptada, bem climatizado. Funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos. Indicaram uma pizzaria MUITO boa ali perto. E fizeram o possivel para nossa hospedagem ser excelente. Localização um pouco mais afastada do centro, mas tem trem até a S. Maria Novella (7-10 min) e Florença é uma cidade tranquila para caminhar..

+We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well equipped and large. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It's an easy walk to and from the tram station and didn't take long to get into the centre of town.
−If you're sensitive to scent this might not be the place for you. The room was filled with it when we arrived and then when they cleaned our room halfway through our stay they didn't change our sheets instead they just spayed more fragrance on them.

+Всичко беше невероятно. Прекрасен апартамент. Модерен, комфортен, чист, с всички удобства за времето на престоя. Персоналът е изключително любезен и мил, винаги готови да помогнат. Локацията не е в центъра, но много близо до спирката на трамвай 1, с който се стига за по-малко от 10 Мин до историческия център. В близост има огромен супермаркет, което е голям плюс също.

“Excelente, tudo perfeito, superou a expectativa.”
+A localização foi ótima, super bem atendida pelo transporte público, mas também é possível ir a pé para o centro histórico, fica relativamente perto. A recepcionista Marilena foi muito gentil e prestativa, e ainda falou em português com a gente. O quarto é bem espaçoso, limpo, organizado, para nossa surpresa tinha até máquina de lavar. Fizemos nosso café da manhã ali mesmo, havia os utensílios e um cooktop. Há um supermercado próximo. Local silencioso. Foi tudo excelente.

+It was a very comfortable, clean, and lovely place to stay. Everything was perfect, and we truly felt at home. The location was excellent, close to the tram stop and a supermarket. The apartment was also very bright, with plenty of natural light. If I ever return to Florence, I hope to stay here again!

“Consigliatissimo”
+⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un soggiorno davvero perfetto al Residence Leopoldo di Firenze! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence e siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti! La posizione è ottima, comoda per visitare Firenze e raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse. Un elogio particolare va alla reception, dove abbiamo trovato accoglienza, gentilezza e disponibilità, qualità che fanno davvero la differenza e ti fanno sentire subito a tuo agio. La stanza era impeccabile: pulitissima, silenziosa, confortevole e curata in ogni dettaglio. Ciò che ci ha colpito maggiormente è stata l'attenzione alle piccole cose, che rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole: phon, ferro da stiro, ciabattine, kit doccia e tanti altri accessori utili che dimostrano una grande cura nei confronti degli ospiti. Si percepisce che nulla è lasciato al caso e che l'obiettivo è far sentire ogni ospite accolto e coccolato, proprio come a casa propria. Un residence che merita davvero cinque stelle, sia per la qualità degli ambienti sia per l'attenzione al cliente. Lo consigliamo assolutamente a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Firenze in un ambiente pulito, tranquillo, accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort. Torneremo sicuramente
