“Não me hospedaria novamente nesta acomodação”

−-Banheiro e móveis muito velhos. Os quartos merecem uma reformulação na ambientação interna. -Travesseiros e roupa de cama ruins. -Check in fora da acomodação e distante da unidade. -Falta boa vontade em alguns funcionários em ajudar! Perdi uma pulseira de ouro e só percebi alguns minutos após fazer o checkout às 04:30 da manhã. Funcionário não foi receptivo em ajudar a procurar a pulseira n o quarto. Tb não permitiram que meus familiares q ainda estavam no hotel entrassem no meu quarto p procurar. Fiquei impressionada com tanta má vontade em ajudar um hóspede!

−The room is not cleaned daily, and if you request cleaning, they charge €50. Reception is located about 250 meters from the room, and you have to complete check-in there. The person who checked us in was not friendly at all, although the rest of the staff were very friendly. There is also no iron in the room, which is inconvenient if you want to dress up for an evening out. They also require the city tax to be paid in cash

Incroyable pour visiter Chambre très bien isolée Parking payant à l’extérieur, avec possibilité de faire récupérer sa voiture. 40 € par nuit, personnel du parking efficace et de confiance. Prenez votre petit déjeuner chez Ben Caffee, 14€ la formule très copieuse et excellente. Pour un dîner convivial et cuisine familiale avec super accueil, allez chez hosteria da ganino (tout proche du Ben Caffee) pâtes carbonara 14€, la vraie recette 😉 Pour des visites guidées de qualité, faites appel à Elva Conti +39 33974988910.
−Check in et out dans un autre hôtel. Très grosse difficulté pour s’arrêter devant ce dernier. Nous sommes allés directement au garage pour plus de simplicité, à 10 petites minutes à pied, après avoir fait 3 fois le tour. Énormément de circulation à Florence L’accueil au Check in est inégal entre le matin (exceptionnel) et l’après-midi (efficace mais très froid)
