−The only thing that was a bit strange and that “ruined” the atmosphere a bit was that during an afternoon, when me and my friend want back just to rest a bit and do a shower, when we were laying in bed someone knocked the door, we didn’t reply immediately because we thought it was a mistake, and then a guy from the staff entered with its own key and said that he had to change something and since nobody answered he opened the door. It was a bit awkard because these kind of things need to be done when the cleaning service is operating, or at least if you tell us in advance. But you cannot just enter the room just because nobody answered, what if we were sleeping? It’s sad because besides this episode everything went well, but the staff cannot just enter the rooms like this without us knowing

−Only 1 big non ergonomic pillow, walls are very thin so you hear everything from your neighbor, no security in the luggage room, no lactose free milk
−The safe did not work and was never fixed during our three days in the hotel. Breakfast started at 7 so last day we had to skip it because we left earlier,
