−l'appartement ne correspondait pas du tout à ce qui était prévu par rapport à la photo de l'annonce (pas de climatisation, sale, rideau détérioré, pas d'éclairage au lavabo, restant de nourriture, sommier taché vitre "dégueulasse",colonne de douche HS)

−O quarto estava danificado, radiador partido da parede, uma das camas partida, chão sujo de pêlo. Teias de aranhas noa candeeiros. O pior mesmo foi o cheio insuportável de cigarro que estava no quarto. Eu levava os meus filhos, uma bebê de 3 meses fui insustentável tivemos que sair mais cedo acabando por dormir pouco tempo porque não conseguimos ficar lá dentro. Infelizmente falamos com a pessoa responsável e ela não resolveu nada

−Firstly the door to the building in general was busted and anyone could enter which didn't give me too much comfort. The facilities were also not what was expected. The Internet and the television were not working. Given this was a work trip the invent was especially Internet and o had to roam to work as the invent could not be fixed for the duration of my stay. The owner was also unresponsive she didn't answer to my calls or solve my issues with the internet. It is important to note i never saw her or any member of staff during my stay. After attending a meeting i decided to step out explore and get water. Upon returning to my room i couldn't enter as the code i was given wasn't working. The host didnt answer my calls nor that of booking.com for close to 5 hours (6 pm till 11pm) till someone who owns a burger shop below called her and that was when she open up the room remotely. I cancelled afternoon that first night and mived to a proper hotel and found out hotels were cheaper and had better facilities that her. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
