“Awesome host, awesome apartment, great location.”
+Firstly, we appreciated the prior communication and warm welcome from our concierge / host (Antonio). A real pleasure to do business with. The apartment appeared recently renovated, and of a very generous size for a studio apartment, including a small kitchenette. The location was perfect for us. We were in Naples for 4 nights with plans for sightseeing tours on each day. The meeting points for the tours were literally 3 minutes walk across the road. There were plenty of local restaurants within easy walk too.
−At first we thought it would be a challenge to find early morning cafe for breakfast, however there were a couple of convenient options near tour meeting point close to ferry terminal across the road.

“Super Übernachtung vor Weiterreise mit der Fähre - lädt zum länger bleiben ein!”
+Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist top (v.a. wenn man mit der Fähre weiterreisen möchte, aber auch sonst...). Das Zimmer (Appartement) - ich hatte dasjenige mit grossem Balkon zum Hafen hin - bietet alles, was man braucht und der Balkon ist ein Highlight. Der Empfang und die Kommunikation mit Antonio sind aussergewöhnlich - er kümmert sich sehr und ist per WhatsApp mit seinen Gästen in Kontakt, jederzeit erreichbar und antwortet immer umgehend! Alles in allem wirklich erfreulich und sehr zu empfehlen!

“A real gem, and one we will definitely be staying in again if we ever visit Naples.”
+The venue is great. Fantastic location, clean and large with a huge balcony overlooking the port and cruise ships. Not to mention a full, clear view of Mt Vesuvius in the distance. Our host, Antonio, is a very friendly and helpful person. Highly recommended!
−The only negative, and it's a small one, is that the TV wasn't functioning properly.

+This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at during my travels. It was raining heavily when we arrived, and although the official check-in time was 2:00 PM, the hotel kindly allowed us to check in as early as 11:00 AM. This was incredibly helpful and saved us from a difficult situation. Our room overlooked the Port of Naples, and we really enjoyed watching the cruise ships coming and going right from our window. It was a wonderful view and made our stay even more memorable. It was raining again on the day of our departure, so we asked if we could check out a little later than usual. The hotel graciously accommodated our request without hesitation. The staff's kindness, flexibility, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on us. We truly appreciated how thoughtful and accommodating they were throughout our stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples.
