“Not happy with the hotel”
+Some staff members were helpful.
−The accommodations provided were unsatisfactory. We encountered difficulties with key card access, and the toilet flush mechanism was faulty, necessitating a room change. Despite the change, our satisfaction remained low due to observable paint deterioration in several rooms. Furthermore, the presentation and service of the buffet dining experience were subpar. Consequently, we opted for an early departure and relocated to an alternative establishment. We formally communicated our concerns regarding the significant discrepancy between the property's online representation and its actual condition. Unfortunately, no refund was issued, and we were charged the full amount despite our abbreviated stay.

+The Restaurant on the roof top was very good. Food was also very good. Drinks 🍻 is added enjoyment on the Roof top Bar.

+Very convenient location 📍 Neat and tidy rooms. Affordable price tag. For this quality and service. Appreciate; respectful behavior of all staff members. Breakfast menu was awesome..

−In breakfast buffet there are less selection and food taste was not so good And we experienced so noises from other room at late night that's why we not sleep well at night

−We were charged extra for the children, whereas we had already Mentioned about the kids in booking.com. We were charged an exorbitant amount for adding kids and for a small room. The extra beds made lot of noise and the room size was very small for a suite size and also for the price we paid .
