“Great Place to stay”
+This was my second stay here. The accommodations are great. The staff are always so nice and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. I will stay again the next time I travel to the area.
−I don't have any negative comments about the Regency Inn or staff.

“A quick trip for my granddaughters first birthday celebration.”
+Everything was great except the bed was extremely hard. It was like sleeping on a cement slab. I like a firm bed but this was very uncomfortable, therefore I probably won't return. I come to Springfield about every 6 weeks to visit family.
−I did not like the bed!!!!!

“Very nice stay!! Got a lot accomplished and I was very comfortable!!”
+The owners were very accommodating. I asked for a shower mat and they promptly gave me one!! Overall, everyone was very cordial and welcoming!! Will stay there again!!
−N/A. Everything was great. Also, the room was equipped with a nice-sized, large, square table in order to accommodate my laptop with an extra plug-in keyboard that sat in front of my laptop with ten-key capability so I could do accounting work and reconciliation of clents' bank accounts!! I appreciated that feature immensely!! Regular desks just aren't deep enough!!
