“It was good to have somewhere to stay for a night but wouldn’t want to spend all my time there”
+The pool and that they came and gave us more supplies in the middle of the of our stay
−The room was dirty the pillows were stained the sheets were stained , there was only one Donna for two beds , the room had a bad smell about it

“DIRTY AND RUN DOWN !!!”
+Easy parking, close to all things.
−Room was dirty and run down,couldnt adjust or turn off fan over main bed due to broken switch,aircon control was stuffed,the ceiling in bathroom had what looked like wet tissues thrown up onto it, we ran out of toilet paper, no replacement towels, cups and utensils in kitchen still had food and tide marks on them, powerpoint in kitchen was broken/ dangerous,everything had a dirty grim feel to it. On a positive note the rooms were a good size and it was convenient to all things.

+I loved the location & staff was okay but they could’ve been better.
−My bathroom light didn’t work so me and my kids had to use my phone light in my phone or go to my mum and dad’s room to use their bathroom because the light had worked in their bathroom. Very disappointing!

“Overall, the facilities were fine for a night. I found the property in g tidy, but very dated”
+The staff were very helpful and friendly - the room was clean and the facilities are very clean and neat. The pool is good for younger children as it has a shallow section. It is somewhat close to the shops and food.
−The property was a bit run down in general. The decor could do with an update. There was only one warm blanket available in the cupboard. The pool area is a bit neglected and a bit of rubbish there. The layout is a little strange with the kitchen/eat in area right next door to reception. This was also used as luggage storage. There is a $100 security deposit at the time of check in, which we are not aware of. Take cask if you do not want to wait up to a week for that to be refunded. The pool light in the spa was hanging off the with the wiring exposed. I am sure the wiring is waterproof, but it was a bit concerning. It is a fair way away from the main area of the esplanade, so keep in mind when booking if you do not want a 10+ min walk.
