“Goog and clean place to stay and met our needs.”
+Clean
−Stayed 5 days and never came in to take our garbage or even offer to clean. We had to go in search of tp and clean towels. The breakfast area was a loooong walk for my elderly mother.
“Old, outdated, felt unsafe.”
+2 sinks, lots of grab bars in shower, large room.
−Broken safety bar on door to the outside, no hot water in shower-only lukewarm, poor lighting, phone in room didn't work, no charging ports for phones, no fan in bathroom, fan motor for heat very loud, lobby of motel on opposite end of building with a shut down restaurant in between-our room felt very isolated and unsafe.

“The price was great, it was clean & comfortable.”
+Pet friendly at a reasonable price. Outdoor area for pets was convenient.
−Two of three light bulbs were out above the sink. W couldn’t leave our dog to go have dinner even though she was kenneled.

“I would stay for one night at a time but skip breakfast”
+Price
−Breakfast needs healthier items and better fruit choices. The hotel could use an update where they serve breakfast .
+I always like the view from that location.
−Everything about the hotel seemed dated. My room and the outside patio was dirty and full of cobwebs. I never experienced the dirty side until returning there recently.

+Availability and price
−Nothing
“Decent bed and close to freeway Average breakfast”
+Easy access’s from Freeway
−Listing showed bar and restaurant , but when I went for dinner it was closed and no sins or mention of it at check in. Awkward entry into rooms. Definitely needs to be upgraded. No coffee, clock or phone in room

“Nice and quiet but property definitely needs some TLC”
+Convenient and a beautiful view.
−Old. Dated. Needs a remodel. Room cleanliness was questionable. Stained chairs and rug.
