+La discrétion du personnel et sa gentillesse.
−La chambre que j'ai payée 92€ pour me retrouver dans une chambre pas à la hauteur. La climatisation est hyper bruyante, incompréhensible 😱. Mon mari à dû passer un certain temps pour bloquer les vibrations.v Le petit déjeuner est amélioré++++ vraiment moyen. Le prix excessif du linge à laver. Certe il sont en pleine rénovation mais il y a beaucoup de boulot. Je suis déçu

+I've stayed here 3 times. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfast is easy to organise.

+This is the second time I am staying here, and I will probably go back again in 3 months. Everything is just right, and consistently kind and attentive staff. Clean and pet friendly in one place rarely works. Here it does. They started renovating, so soon the aged commodities will improve ready for any taste or choices. In addition the lobby will be spacious and inviting for more activities and recreation space. It is not a luxury hotel, but it feels like home.
−Is nothing in particular that I could point out, as dislike, but definitely they are on the right pathway to improve

“Great value for money”

For business travelers working in the Ban Chang or Map Ta Phut area, the location puts you right where you need to be without the commute.
−It's worth planning ahead or asking the front desk to arrange a taxi if you're without a car.
