+It was clean and quiet
−Staff treated us like an inconvenience, anticipating our departure as early as 6am. We checked out 2 hours ahead of time simply because we felt like we were in the way. There were no vending options, ice machine was not working, soap dispenser empty for the shower (luckily we had our own), toilet paper holder broken, phone lying on floor next to table, fridge doesn't get cold and was extremely wobbly almost fell out of its space when opened.

+Nothing. Staff did not speak much English and was hard to communicate with.
−There was active mold all over the bathroom, we would not even spend the night, it was like out of a horror scene. When we checked out the same night as check in due to the state of the place we told the staff and even showed them a picture and all they had to say was they have not owned the hotel long and they are working to make it better. No talk about a refund just let us check out in the middle of the night with nowhere else to go we drive hours back home.

+It was clean and everyone was very helpful
+The man at the front desk was very nice. The TV was big.
−There was no breakfast. The room was quite dirty. The sheets were stained with cigarette burn holes in them. There were ants crawling all over the bathroom sink and counter. The bathroom mirror was so dirty it was hard to see. The floor was filthy. The TV had issues. Will not return.

−Booked double beds. Got there had a twin bed for two adults and a service dog. Was told not their problem very rude dirty nasty facility will never go there again
