“Outstanding stay with wonderful staff, clean rooms, and great hospitality.”
+The best choice! The room was very clean and freshly renovated. Breakfast was excellent, and the manager was super welcoming and friendly. On the next day, I asked if I could leave my backpack for storage after checkout, and they accommodated my request without any issues. Highly recommend!

“Exceptional”
+We liked that the room was very clean, the place was very quiet, there was a parking lot, I had some food for breakfast, and this is in the Riverside Center, there is everything to eat undriven fences, so we will return there.
−That there is no microwave, but for the rest, this is VERY GOOD to stay there.

+The staffs! Particularly, the lady was so nice and kind. The start of my trip was amazing thanks to her. Breakfast coffee was so good too.

“If you are looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay in Riverside, this is a great option.”
+The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities worked well. At one point, I found that the Keurig coffee maker didn't work. I asked the front desk staff for a replacement, and one was installed shortly thereafter.
−The shower in Room 215 is very slippery. After slipping and sliding a bit, I placed one of the towels on the shower floor, which prevented any accidental falls.

−Front desk treated me like I was dumb because her English was very poor and I'm hard of hearing. Breakfast is a joke and shouldn't be offered for what they offer. Hotel seems to be mighty empty as there were only 4 cars in the whole parking lot. Very strange. Super hot weather and pool closed at 500.

+The rooms and the bed were excellent and seemed very new. it was the room I would expect for a nice Hilton. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
−I think they are still upgrading the outside of the building, but the Rooms inside were excellent. Don't be fooled you will be very happy with your room and that is what is most important with your stay.
