“Could be amazing but too many little things need sorting out - this is not 4 stars”
+Property very close to the botanic garden which is excellent . Pool is pleasant Fridge in room is large and very quiet
−Early evening reception staff not very pleasant , seemed to always be disturbed by any wuestions( including wanting to check out ) and not passing on to day staff issues with the room . Staff not cleaning room properly ( toilet bin not emptied, water bottle not replaced , used glass not changed ) Inability to reach 2nd floor directly even by stairs ( they exist but are reserved to staff ) need to go up to 3 by lift walk all around the building to go down by stairs then back all around the building to find room Restaurant menu is set 3 courses with soup main and desert - no choices - who wants a soup in that weather ? No conditioner in toiletries
