“Crappy Quest Apartment”
+Great location.
−Terrible service. The receptionist completely disinterested in trying to rectify the water not working in one bathroom. Stairs creaky. It felt as if the whole place was constructed from balsa wood. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. There was skid marks on the ceiling and walls. There was no shower soap un the dispenser. I highly recommend that no one stay there.

“Enjoyable stay, convenient position but management needs improving.”
+It's located close to family, so it was very convenient for me and them. Close to transport, cafes & restaurants. Apartment was very spacious and I appreciated the washing machine & dryer. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.
−I had to request for toilet paper, coffee, dishwashing detergent on the 3rd day as they only supplied bear minimal stuff and did not service my apartment except after the first night of my 5-night stay.

+The location & apartment was great but in need of maintanance
−There are quite a few trip hazards along the driveway. The upper courtyard at the far end of driveway where our apartments where was a great place to chill but obviously hadn't been cleaned, swept, leaf blown etc in a Very Long Time. The actual apartment was nice but the shower drain cover was broken & annoying if stood on, the large bottle of shampoo was empty. BUT the layout... Really nice 👍 Would we stay there again... Absolutely

“I would prefer to stay on the ground floor without any stairs to climb.”
+Was close to where my congregation is.
−I didn’t like that there’s too many stairs. I was on the second floor, there’s set of steps to go to the apartment. Lounge room, kitchen are downstairs then two more sets of stairs to go up to the bedrooms and bathrooms. I’m an elderly and am struggling with my knees going back and forth on the stairs plus carrying my luggage.

“Paid more than the apartment was worth.”
+Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we would need. Decent amenities. Location was close to where we needed to be.
−Lock on the apartment door was broken. Carpets were worn and frayed. Couch was old and unsupportive with a substantial soft spot that when sitting on it you fell through to feel wood. No conditioner in the shower bottle. Our room was not ready when we arrived to check in, despite me telling reception that we would be there at the time we arrived. We were given the apartment next door and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom doors and main bathroom doors were locked.
