+I loved how clean tidy and modern everything was. I loved Everytime I walked into the building it smelled really nice. The staff were very friendly. The cleaners were so lovely and helpful. The rooms exceeded our expectations. I really loved the lavender spray for the pillows it was beautiful.

“Worked well for our trip”
+The location was great as we could walk to many shopping options as well as food options. The parking was great, however more undercover would have been great (not so bad with the weather we had, but hot / sunny days could have been a big issue. The room set up was good to work with - however maybe a little too much with the couch and fixed seating for the table in that size space, but couch was very comfortable.
−I was of the understanding that my booking price was for the 3 days, not for each day. On the first morning, there was no room clean / tidy and the staff member let us know that it was an additional thing that we needed to confirm with the front desk. The ironing board cover did not fit the frame, nor did it have much padding so when using it, we got frame marks in the clothing. Thankfully the front desk staff assisted with an extra towel to lay down for some padding which helped.

+Location was good. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants as well as the Orange Food & Wine Festival. The reception staff were very welcoming & professional.

−The gross hair everywhere all over the bathroom floor that cleaner took a mop to and gathered up everywhere rather than vacuum it up first. For $440 per night it was very unacceptable standard.
