“Quest on Rheola Apartment.”
+The unit was clean. and a good size. The beds were very comfortable. Having a verandah with table and chairs was great. There were several restaurants within walking distance.
−Paying with a debit card was extremely difficult. Cash is not accepted. There wasn't enough comfortable seating, only one lounge for four people. Crockery was very basic, no wine glasses, few cooking utensils. The water wasn't a consistent temperature in the sink or the showers. Basement car spaces were small and difficult to get into, unless you have a small car. Pay for street parking instead.

“Great stay, would recommend!”
+Location, size of the apartment, washer/dryer facilities and the little sleep gift set we received to help us feel more comfortable. Plus the tim tam choccy was a cute bonus.
−Being on a highway & close to hospital it was a little noisey however this is expected plus with the sleep gift it included earplugs which was a great bonus!

“Par excellence”
+We were very impressed with the staff, who went out of their way to assist us. Simple things like opening a door and being helpful go a long way. The disabled parking was the best we have used in six years, nice and wide and near to lifts and reception. The facilities were just right.
−The only thing I was a bit concerned about was that there was no fire exit on our floor and the lift was the only way out.

“Enjoyable place to stay.”
+Location was good. Secure parking good. Facilities like kitchenette and washing machine great.
−There wasn’t enough room to get my walker or wheelchair around the bed and into the bathroom. Smaller bed or moving the bed closer to the wall would fix this. It would have been nice to have a chair that either had sides to push on or higher to more easily get out of. This was an accessibility room.
