−Fell on the steps and busted my toe open, the two blokes at the desk just watched me limp back to the lift, not really much they could do but a nice “you alright mate” would’ve sufficed

+To be fair, the apartment provided the practical space we needed for our stay. We appreciated being situated at the end of the hall, which kept hall noise to a minimum and made for a peaceful environment inside, even with some light street noise outside.
−Overall, our stay was a bit underwhelming. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong, musty smell that made for an unwelcoming first impression. The room felt poorly maintained, with noticeable stains and items that appeared worn or broken. The floors didn't feel properly cleaned, and general cleanliness was subpar. Additionally, parking was confusing, and having to walk a fair distance from the parking area to reception just to collect the keys was inconvenient. Unfortunately, we expected a much better standard.

“A great room, a great experience, a gorgeous tea set we just can’t stop talking about!”
+Perfect location right near our event. Easy to find and access. Bubbly, friendly staff. The room was gorgeous and the exquisite little tea set was a lovely touch that encouraged us to sit and take it all in rather than all the rushing about we usually do when travelling. The extra large shower head was enjoyed by all.
−While a lot was achieved without feeling too cramped, the bedroom door couldn’t open fully because of the placement of one of the dining chairs, but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience

“Convenient location and super clean”
+Loved the balcony privacy and space. Quiet room location. The bed was comfy and snug. The layout of the apartment was great. Parking was super helpful. Location was close to city. Kichette was also appreciated.
−The flooring looks ordinary. The fan was quite noisy when you put card into slot to gain electricity. Decor was eclectec and a bit arty for my taste.
