+The staff is helpful but that's the only thing.
−It LOOKS like clean and decent but it is only the look. For bathroom the shower is too small for a normal person, the water pressure is horribly hard to control. The bedroom light and charger doesn't work, it is because they did not even plug in the power point for it. To sum up, it looks like decent but the quality is horrible, never be on a quest again.

−Wir waren 4 Tage vor Ort und der Teppich wurde nicht ein einziges Mal gestaubsaugt.Der Zimmerservice fand 2 mal nicht statt, derKühlschrank war veraltet und hat alles tiefgefroren.War nicht einstellbar. Als ich am letzten Tag noch einmal um 3 Uhr pm den Zimmerservice anfragte,hatte dieser bereits das Haus verlassen und es war dem Managment nicht möglich das Zimmer zu reinigen und Abhilfe zu schaffen. Eine Entschädigung wurde nicht angeboten.Für einen Preis von 250,00 Euro pro Nacht sehr schäbig

+Pretty much everything. The studio (28) was lovely, spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfy too. It had a washing machine and dryer which was a bonus. The location was superb, and you could easily spend a week here.
−It was rather noisy late into the night. But there is a note about that and we were warned in advance. To be quite honest. I just popped some earplugs in, and it was all good. The only real negative I have is that the shower was over the bath. I am only 5' 4" and my head touched the shower head whilst standing and I felt slightly uneasy, as there was nothing to hold on to incase I slipped. If I'd had a bath it would have been fine. My partner is 6'4" and didn't bother showering as he did not fit at all. A walk in shower would be better. For this type of studio.

“Short getaway”
+Lovely clean and spacious room. Good parking and very friendly and helpful staff.
−Music from the Pub below was a but load Saturday night.
+First room was noisy over the pub beer garden but staff was very efficient in quickly finding a quieter room as we were staying for four weeks. Desk staff were all always very helpful, particularly Celine. Nice balconies and apartment was quite spacious.
−We asked for the mattress to be changed as one side had a depression in it from longer term use. This request was promptly facilitated. Oven and filter overhead could have been cleaner. Daily parking fee seems excessive.

−On arrival went to room we had booked but extremely unhappy with room size and comfort, shower did not even work correctly either freezing cold or scolding hot, tiny room and very noisy, asked to be moved to another room which cost us more money.
