+Although the entire property is non smoking, I had to ask for another room when the first room had clearly been smoked in. When I stepped into the second room, it too smelled of smoke. I decided at that moment to cancel my reservation and look for another motel. I do not recommend this property and would never make reservations there again.
+Wet carpet,
+I came in late and had to wait forever to be checked in. Hotel was dirty. It should have been $24.99 a night. I would not stay here again.

I was here for three days and the same trash was outside in the parking lot and in front of the rooms. My particular room needed to be vacuumed prior to my arrival. The carpet in my room was damp and the bathtub leaked. Some of the fixtures were in disrepair.
+Owner was nice but this place is a dump.
+Jay, the manager was very friendly and rendered excellent customer service.
+We got a room on first floor which allowed us to secure our bike. Our bathroom had holes in the shower tile, carpet dirty and sheets torn.

+This was not a good stay for us! The room was dirty, there was not a chair in the room. We had a 2 queen bed room but only 2 sets of towels. There were not tissues in the room. The lights in the bathroom were burned out. The toilet didn’t flush properly! The 1 floor lamp didn’t work. Wires were exposed in the bedside lamp and another bedside lamp didn’t work. The air conditioner was sketchy too. Free breakfast was a joke! Only had store bought muffins and no way to get hot water for tea! Very disappointing stay. Not going back!!
