“Over priced and poor customer service”
+Blue Hotel Bondi - location
−Blue Hotel - Done ✅ Very disappointing stay. We were charged an extra $52 just to check in at 2pm instead of 3pm, which felt unreasonable. The room was clean, but the furniture was very dated, cobbled together and worn, with a faded, patchy lounge. At 4:45am on Sunday, we were woken by what sounded like a dance party in the room next door. We repeatedly called reception, but the calls were disconnected/hung up and no one came to help. At 7:30am we reported the issue and asked for a one-hour late checkout due to the disrupted sleep. We were again told it would cost another $52. We were told someone would get back to us, but by 9am we still hadn't heard anything. When we followed up, we were told the manager couldn't be contacted until 9am,something that had never been explained to us. Clean room, but poor service, excessive extra charges and disappointing customer care. We would not stay here again.

+Staff were lovely and always helpful. Location was superb. Rooms clean, tidy modern and had everything anyone would need.

“Iconic beach stay!”
+Perfect location! Beach and Pavillion just across the road. Gym next door. Woolworths downstairs. Walk out the door and numerous cafes, shops, The Market. Gorgeous rooms and vibe!
−Not much - was just disappointed that our room had WiFi issues and no TV during the stay.

“If you want a great hotel located in the heart of Bondi.”
+The location was perfect. Directly across the road from the beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room were very spacious and clean.
−Value for money was very poor. Wasn’t worth the nearly $1000 a night I paid for a low level not ocean facing room sadly.
