−Le restaurant, peu de choix, buffet de fruits de mer peu frais qui nous a rendus malades. Le manque de propreté en général, le personnel plutôt antipathique parfois à la limite du manque de politesse

−- The room was too big with little amenities/accessories. Especially to put down our belongings. - TV was unbearable. Poor choices of TV channels. Its 2026. No youtube? No netflix? Its a high rated hotel.with poor TV channels. - Lighting was insufficient. Too dark even when all the lights were switched on. - No complimentary water bottle. I am not used to the filtered water to drink. Especially its in the toilet. Not a norm from where i came from. You should provide water bottles instead. - Suggest for improvement. Maybe a facility for indoor kids playground/play room. - We had a toddler. Diaper change is a must. Toilet ventilation seems to be working poorly as the smell did not go away.

“it was adequate but could be better”
+breakfast was delicious, parking was easy, the beds and pillows were super comfortable, gym was amazing, pool looked nice but we were confused on how to get to it at the first place.
−breakfast was delicious but the staff was not really eager to help. i asked for some ice water from 2 different staff, one gave me just ice (dirty too) and another just plainly said that they "dont have ice" as a way of just shutting us down. they werent even busy at the time. what kind of hotel doesnt have ice? i recommend teaching staff some customer service manners.. the bathtubs were spacious but dirty. i see fragments of dust or something else floating when i filled it up. A/C in the rooms were alright. there were 2 vents. only 1 side was working when the other was not. took awhile to get colder when we first stepped in
