−Even though it was raining, we had to wait until 5:00pm before we were allowed to check in. the landlord live in downstairs, who was very poor service.

+Quiet road , clean, warm , quiet bedroom .
+Firstly the owners are really nice. Helpful with her excellent directions. The property is in a quiet side street, easy enough to find Its really quiet there .The room was great, really comfortable & the shower was top class too

+Excellent location and very reasonably priced. It was a lovely room with great amenities. I really like the fact there was water in the room, a really nice touch that I wish everyone provided. Very comfortable and very clean. I would recommend.
−Maybe I missed it in the listing information, but I was kind of surprised when I got to the place that it was a room in someone's house. I thought it was a shared accommodation setup. I am only saying this to make other guests aware, it did not impact my stay at all. It's a great place.

“Nice place for a short stay”
+The room was spacious and bright.Clean and cosy place.
−The bathroom was on a different floor which caused a lot of inconvenience.Noisy, polluted main street, no fresh air until midnight. I couldn't sleep all night

+Check in was easy and no fuss, the room was lovely, host was responsive, and the location was perfect

“Good basic room very close to the action!”
+A nice basic room. You do share a bathroom but that is disclosed and not a reason to downgrade the rating.
−There was a kettle and some teas and instant coffee. Something a little more substantial would be nice.

“great location. very comfortable. good communication. good system for check in/out”
+very good value for money, booked at short notice. no issues at all. key was left in lock box and I was able to get into the room even though I was getting there late. very comfortable and clean.
