−The staff seemed completely unmotivated and unwelcoming,it felt as though they were doing us a favor just by being there. On our arrival day, we asked to change rooms because a pool speaker was located right in front of our window, causing a lot of noise. Even though the hotel was half empty, they refused to accommodate our request. The dining area was extremely chaotic, with no staff managing the entrance or seating guests in an organized way. As for the food, it was quite disappointing. The few items that tasted okay at breakfast and dinner were pre-packaged, mass-produced products (like frozen pastries/finger foods) that were simply fried or baked on-site, rather than actual dishes prepared from scratch by the kitchen. The salads were very poor (if you can even call large chunks of plain vegetables a salad), the cheese selection was minimal, and overall the buffet looked unappetizing.

−לא מספיק מבחר. קפה לא טעים. הביצים הקשות עשויות מדי והביצים של הגחנון לא באמת ביצי גחנון. מציעים להוסיף יוגורטים לבנים בלי כל המתיקות הזו. עד 10 בשבת נראה לא בסדר ביחס לשאר המלונות

−החדר כושר הוא לא באמת חדר כושר אלא שניים או שלושה הליכונים. הבריכה בסדר, אבל לא וואו. המלתחות של הבריכה לא עובדות טוב, אין מים חמים ואין זרם כשמנסים להעביר למים החמים. וזה קריטי במיוחד אם רוצים להתקלח אחרי הצק אווט כשחוזרים מהים וכבר אין חדר...
