−Check in (5pm) was too late and check out (10am) was too early. We also couldn't get the TV to work.

−Te cobran un depósito de 500CAD. Es difícil de localizar. Quieren cobrarte por todo. Es antiguo y no muy limpio. No es muy cómodo. Precio excesivamente caro para este tipo de alojamiento que está a las puertas de los parques de las rocosas, se aprovechan del exceso turístico

+The location was great! 15-20 minute walk to the main town centre and view of the mountains.
−The place where to check in was not clear when checking in and we were walking around in the pouring rain trying to find it. There were a million different codes to remember; Code for the entrance to the building, one to the room, one to the gym/pool, one to parking garage, etc. House keeping came by and asked if we needed anything, we said we needed extra pillow and blanket and they told us we had to go to reception which was in a different building a 2 minute walk a way. The welcome booklet in the room seemed old or not specific to the room we were in, with 5 different wifi logins, the wrong pool and gym code. It also included instructions on how to turn on the fireplace which clearly wasn’t for the room we were in and couldn’t find the switch. There weren’t enough towels for the amount of people that were in our room and we weren’t given any pool towels.

+O apartamento e bem grande e todo equipado com tudo que vc precisa e de boa qualidade, pratos, facas abridor de vinho elata , foão e geladeira , me senti em casa , sao dois quartos com dois banheiro , mas so um tem chuveiro. custo beneficio bom em relação aos preços de baff.O apartamento da tranquilo para dois casais, na varanda tem uma churrasqueira gás.
−o local do apartamento e a 700 metros dele , nao foi facil achar , nao si se tinha alguma orinetação para chegarmos, mas paos ficar 30 minutos perdidos paramos para perguntar e achamos o local da recepção.

−Not clear signage or instructions for reception. Extremely hard to locate accommodation especially in the evening and even the locals could not help with directions as " haven't heard of PRC Annex"

−Hard to find the reception area and took us an hour find someone help us. Bedroom had a portable AC sitting next to bed and was so loud. Was not mentioned in the ad.
