−Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing due to a serious ant infestation in the accommodation. There were ants all over the beds, floors, and my clothing. The situation was unhygienic, distressing, and completely unacceptable. We reported the problem to Reception, who assured us that it would be sorted. However, the only action taken was to leave us a can of insect spray. We were left to deal with the problem ourselves, spraying the affected areas, but this made no difference. The ants continued to appear throughout the accommodation, including on the beds, our clothing. we couldn't sleep all night bcs ants was everywhere. This significantly affected our stay and prevented us from enjoying the accommodation as we had expected. I do not believe it is acceptable for guests to be left dealing with ants infestation themselves after reporting such a serious issue to hotel staff. I have photographic and video evidence showing the extent of the infestation and can provide this to support my complaint.

+Wielki taras, piękny widok, dwie łazienki, blisko do plaży i klifów nad oceanem. W zamian za zamknięty basen przy hotelu możliwość korzystania z basenu nad samym oceanem. Smaczne śniadanie w restauracji hotelowej, fajnie, że można było na jeden dzień wykupić, gdy nie mieliśmy jeszcze czasu wstąpić do sklepu po przyjeździe.

+Site exceptionnel, nous étions au dernier étage et la vue était superbe. Resort bien équipé, plusieurs piscines, gym, terrains de tennis, foot, volleyball ++. Élévateur pour accès à la plage, du resort, beau sable et eau claire, décor ++ charmant resto sur la plage.
−Il manque des éléments de base surtout pour le nettoyage, ajouter du savon vaisselle ainsi que des éponges.
