“Das Hotel ist perfekt, wenn man sehr zentral übernachten will.”
+Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, alles ist in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Restaurant mit den Aussensitzplätzen zum Platz hin lädt zum Verweilen ein.
−Das W-Lan ist nicht das schnellste. Aber ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

−Der Gepäcktransport vom nächst gelegenen Parkhaus zum Hotel war eher mühsam, besonders wegen der Hitze.

“What you pay. This Hotel fails to deliver.”
+The location was the only redeeming feature
−The room with the odour that didn't dissipate. The staff unfriendly, didn't reply when greeting them. No hot water for a day. The stairs to the fifth floor as the elevator only covered 4 floors. The food, we ate every meal outside of the hotel. Reception no opening until 12.00 noon Could not charge to your room The rooms dated The shower in our room the taps difficult to use. TV was not operating. On arrival, we were upgraded to junior suite which turned out to be a down grade. Stayed in 5 other hotels on this trip, by far the worst experience. Cristina, MD, please don't reply with your automated responses, it is clears you do not listen to your customers. Clear no action is taken. Retraining staff on customer service needs to happen. Sorry for these comments, but it was asked for. Regards Julie and Stephen.

+Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend (alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar) und obwohl es mitten in der Stadt ist, sind die Zimmer ruhig.
−Der Service im Lokal des Hotels ist nicht immer 'motiviert' und entspricht nicht den bezahlten Preisen. Die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich schön und geräumig, müssten aber zwischenzeitlich wieder etwas aufgefrischt werden. Das Preisniveau ist etwas hoch für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Wir würden aber trotzdem wieder ins Hotel gehen.
